Registration Fee Includes:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunch, dinner, and the Gala Banquet
  • Program handbook including abstracts and USB key
  • Conference bag and pen
  • On or before March 15, 2010: $625 Canadian Dollars
  • March 16 – April 30, 2010:  $700 Canadian Dollars
  • On and after May 1, 2010: $825 Canadian Dollars

Students, Postgraduate Residents and Fellows: $395 Canadian Dollars

Cancellation:

Refunds will be issued if notice of cancellation is received by May 1, 2010. A processing fee of $300.00 CAD will be retained on all cancellations. Requests for refunds must be in writing. Registrations are not transferable.

The Symposium Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Tuition fees will be refunded; however the Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellation may cause.
